Locate the grid reference point according to the building survey drawing set by the factory, and use the total station to pull the wire and ruler to determine the ground reference line (the center line of the partition wall). Then release the plate ground construction datum line at 100mm to the left of the datum line. According to the ground construction baseline, the construction baseline at the bottom of the wall and grid is released by automatic leveling infrared laser. Recheck the baseline of ground, wall and grid structure with total station, and the vertical deviation shall not exceed ± 2mm.

（1）固定底部定位片：根據地面施工基準安裝墻壁的底部定位片（鍍鋅U形槽）。根據平面尺寸固定鍍鋅定位件。定位片的安裝要求水平，并且用平板調整不平度。調整好定位部件并使其水平后，即可用內部膨脹螺栓將其固定。根據網格建設基準，安裝與墻板相對應的頂部二級結構定位（L型鍍鋅角鋼），固定點間距為300mm。

(1) Fixing the bottom positioning piece: install the bottom positioning piece (Galvanized U-groove) of the wall according to the ground construction standard. Fix the galvanized positioning parts according to the plane dimensions. The positioning piece shall be installed horizontally, and the unevenness shall be adjusted with a flat plate. After the positioning parts are adjusted and leveled, they can be fixed with internal expansion bolts. According to the grid construction benchmark, install the top secondary structure positioning (L-shaped galvanized angle steel) corresponding to the wallboard, and the spacing of fixing points is 300mm.

（2）與巖棉復合板的裝配圖進行比較，檢查現場安裝尺寸，長、寬之間是否有沖突，高度是否有空間。

（3）安裝啟動板并進行調整：將啟動板的底部（側面）固定在U形凹槽中，然后使用自動剪刀移動式升降機將啟動板的另一端提升至垂直位置。然后使用自攻釘固定墻面板的相同二級結構（L型角鋼）。

（6）收邊板和室內裝飾結構：在安裝裝飾條和彩色鋼型材時，首先使用自動安平紅外激光放置定位點，然后使用自攻邊釘安裝和固定，并注意它們的堅固和美觀。

(6) Edge closing plate and interior decoration structure: when installing decorative strips and color steel profiles, first use automatic flat infrared laser to place positioning points, then use self tapping edge nails to install and fix them, and pay attention to their firmness and beauty.

（7）門窗開孔加固安裝：用3mm厚的鍍鋅鋼板加固開孔，然后安裝門窗，用磨邊裝飾開孔。

(7) Reinforcement and installation of door and window openings: reinforce the openings with 3mm thick galvanized steel plate, then install doors and windows, and decorate the openings with edging.

（8）精加工：撕下保護膜并清潔板。
